My Story

After more than 30 years of corporate experience, 25 of those years I have spent in various leadership positions. Most of my professional resume will tell you about Product Management, Software Solutions and Program Management. After hitting my ‘milestone birthday’ and looking into the eyes of my first grandchild, I realized it was time to take the leap into what I am most passionate about, and that, is People. I believe that every person behind a product or behind the project, has a story, and it’s most important for you as a leader, or an aspiring leader, to get to know their story to understand how to best lead them. The most rewarding chapters of my career have been coaching my team members and watching them grow, develop and boldly lead in their professional and personal lives.

My journey has been anything but ordinary. There are portions of my story that are unbelievable. Adversity and resiliency are my friends. Through every chapter, every decision has continued to shape a clear sense of purpose, solidifying the ground I stand on today. A Christ follower, a believer and a faith-sharer, it is now my strong desire and life purpose to give back to individuals to help accelerate their goals to live a more fulfilled and purposeful life. In the professional setting or your personal decisions, I believe in You!
